Attention before use of concrete vibratory tamping machine

1) Before use each time, must check whether screws are fastened, and gasoline and lubrication oil is enough or not etc.

2) The use, maintenance of engine should be strictly according to the operation instruction of the engine.

3) Keep children and pets away from the operation area in order to avoid being hurt.

4) Learn how to stop engine and all the control parts quickly, and prohibit people who are not trained to operate.

5) Don’t take inflammable things like gasoline, match etc. close to machine when it is working.

6) Add oil when it is well-ventilated, and must stop the engine. Gasoline is flammable, and could explode in some circumstance.

7) Do not add too much gasoline in the oil tank.

8) Should ensure the cover of oil tank is fastened.

9) If there are gasoline overflow, must clean it throughly, and start the engine untill all the overflowed gasoline volatilizes.

10) Prohibit to smoke or have spark in the place that add the gasoline.

11) The waste gas expelled from engine has CO (Carbon Monoxide), so prohibit to work in a closed or poor-ventilated place.
